After more than 20 years studying different Martial Arts and receiving Black Belts in multiple styles, I wanted to formulate a program that intergrated everything that I had learned over those many years to truly help people to be able to defend themselves no matter what they came into contact with.

 

When I created Safe Self, I decided to stay away from my tradition roots of having just another specialized belt factory.  I wanted to create a place where families could come and grow together at a reasonable price and have some fun while getting into great shape and having the confidence of knowing that everything they learn here with Safe Self, will make them more effective in every area of their life.
